Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. About the Service

The Vow Page (the "Service") is an online digital wedding invitation platform that lets couples choose an invitation template, edit its content, upload photos, and manage their guest list and RSVP replies.

The Service is provided by UX CIRCLES Ltd (Company No. 15679514, a company registered in England & Wales, "we" or "us"), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at thevowpage@gmail.com.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

You may register and sign in using an email address and password, or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, please contact us immediately at thevowpage@gmail.com.

3. Free Trial and Paid Publishing

You can edit your invitation, upload photos and preview the result on the "Try it" page without creating an account. We reserve the right to limit the number or size of photos you can upload, within the bounds of reasonable use of the system.

To publish your invitation as a public, shareable web address, you'll need to create an account and make a one-off payment. This is a single payment, not a subscription. Once published, your invitation's web address remains publicly viewable for one year from the date of payment, after which it is automatically taken offline; its settings and content remain saved in your account.

After the one-year period ends, you may pay to republish or extend it at any time. If your account has not been signed into for more than two years, we reserve the right to clear or delete that account's draft content and media files at any time, without further notice. Please keep your own backup of your content; we accept no responsibility for safekeeping, and no liability for any loss, resulting from such data clean-up.

The exact fee is shown on the payment page and may change from time to time; any change in price does not affect payments you have already made.

4. Payment and the 14-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not directly access or store your card number or other payment details.

By clicking "Pay to publish", you agree that we will begin supplying the digital content and public web address service immediately. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and similar consumer protection laws, once supply of digital content begins immediately in this way, you thereby acknowledge and agree that you lose any statutory unconditional 14-day cooling-off right to cancel and receive a refund.

Notwithstanding this, we voluntarily offer a "14-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee": within 14 days of completing payment, if you have not yet received any guest RSVP replies, you may request a full refund by emailing thevowpage@gmail.com. Once a refund is issued, that invitation's web address is immediately reverted to draft status and taken offline.

This guarantee does not apply where: (i) a guest has already submitted an RSVP reply via the public invitation page (not including replies you submitted yourself for testing purposes); or (ii) your wedding date (as set in the invitation) has already passed before you request the refund. In either case, the service is considered to have been substantially performed.

Where a system error results in duplicate charges or the service failing to work properly, the above conditions do not apply - please contact us and we will help resolve it.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all text, photos and other content you upload or enter into the Service ("User Content"). You warrant that you hold the rights necessary to upload this content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party (including anyone appearing in your photos).

To provide the Service (including storing, displaying and transmitting your invitation content), you grant us the right to use, store and publicly display your User Content to the extent necessary. This licence ends when you delete that content or your account.

Intellectual property rights in the Service's template designs, code, interface and branding (including the "The Vow Page" name and logo) belong to us and may not be reproduced or used commercially without authorisation.

If we receive notice from a third party (such as a photographer, copyright holder, or someone appearing in a photo) claiming that content you have uploaded infringes their intellectual property or image rights, we reserve the right to temporarily hide or remove that content after notifying you.

6. Guest Data and RSVPs

The Service lets you collect guest RSVP replies submitted through the public invitation page (including name, attendance, headcount, dietary requirements and messages), as well as any guest list you enter yourself in your dashboard.

This data is collected and managed by you, the account holder. You are responsible for informing guests of the purpose of collecting their data in accordance with applicable law, and for the ultimate use of that data. We act only as a technical service provider, helping to store and display it.

Guests wishing to access, correct or delete the personal data they submitted in an RSVP should contact the invitation's creator (i.e. you) directly; for technical assistance, guests may also contact us at thevowpage@gmail.com.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing or otherwise inappropriate content, attempt to breach or interfere with our systems, or use automated means to access or harvest data from the Service at scale.

If you breach these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access, without further refund.

8. Service Interruption and Changes

We will do our best to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time; where practicable, we will announce material changes on our website in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided "as is", without any further express or implied warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is capped at the total amount you actually paid us for the specific invitation service giving rise to the dispute (i.e. that publishing fee).

10. Termination

You may delete your invitation or account from your dashboard at any time. If you seriously breach these Terms, we may also terminate the Service to you and delete the related content.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence (for example, Taiwan).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at thevowpage@gmail.com.
